Winter Beef Tomato Soup

Ingredients

    Ground Beef, 2 lbs
    Diced Celery, 3 Cups
    Chopped Onions, 2 Cups
    Chopped Baby Carrots, 1 Cup
    Diced Tomatoes, 1 Cup
    Tomato Paste, 1 Cup
    Egg Noodles, 2 Cups
    Garlic Powder, 1 1/2 Tbsp
    Basil, 1 or 2 tbsp (dried is fine, fresh isbest)
    Water, 6 Cups
    Beef Stock, 4 Cups (Beef Bullion can be used as a substitute. When using bullion, add 3-5 cubes and 4 extra cups of water)
