Apple Cinnamon Craisn Diet Cookie

Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups bran buds cereal
    1 cup oats
    1/2 cup raw wheat bran
    1 cup powdered milk
    1/4 cup nonfat milk
    2 tbl. Butter ( I use coconut oil )
    2 eggs
    7 egg whites
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt (I use sea salt) also optional
    1/2 cup sugar ( I use dark agave nectar)
    1 banana mashed
    1/2 cup applesauce
    1 apple shredded
    1 small lunch bag size box of crasins
    1/8 tsp nutmeg
    1tbl. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tbl. vanilla extract
