2-3 Tb Honey (optional if using Amazake)
1/4 c Amazake - I used Grainaissance Cool Coconut - (optional sweetener)
1/2 tsp Lemon oil
1 tsp Vanilla extract
3 Tb vegan yoghurt
2 tsp Hemp seeds
1 tsp ACV (apple cider vinegar)
1 1/2 Bananas
B. Sift together:
1/4 c Coconut flour
1/2 c Quinoa flour
1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
