Light And Healthy Banana Bread Or Muffins

Ingredients

    0.5 cup Splenda
    0.25 cup sugar
    0.5 cup apple sauce
    1 to 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

    0.5 tsp almond extract (optional) but so yummy!
    2 egg whites (0.25C)
    3 ripe bananas

    2 cup whole wheat flour
    0.5 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    0.5 tsp salt

    0.25 cup orange juice

    ***if you want a bread that is less dense, halve the whole wheat flour with white flour.
    ***You can leave out the Oil but the bread will be slightly less moist.
