Ingredients

    Crust:
    1 1/2 c. raw, unsalted macadamia nuts (or 1 c. macadamia nuts & 1/2 c. c. almonds)
    1 1/4 c. pitted medjool dates
    2 T. shredded coconut
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    dash nutmeg

    Filling:
    1 1/2 c. (dairy-free) dark chocolate chips
    1/2 c. maple syrup (use 1/4 cup if you don't want it as sweet)
    12.3 oz. pkg Mori-Nu firm silken tofu
    1 T. vanilla extract
    1/8 tsp. salt
    dash nutmeg
    dash cinnamon
