    1/2 cup sour cream, fat free
    4-5 T. Hellman's light mayonnaise
    1-2 T. dill weed
    1/2 lemon, fresh squeezed
    small can water chestnuts, drained
    3 green scallions, chopped
    1 t. sugar
    dash salt & pepper to taste
