4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 slices bacon, finely chopped
1 medium sweet potato (scrub, slice thinly)
2 medium Yukon Gold or red potatoes (scrub, slice thinly)
1/2 medium onion (peel, slice thinly)
4 gloves garlic (peel, slice thinly)
2 sprigs fresh sage leaves, shredded
Olive oil
Sea salt
Black pepper
1 can (1 2/3 cups) chicken broth
2/3 cup plain yogurt
1 Tbsp powdered sage
Grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp butter
Description
The Chicken Breasts Remain Moist, But Chicken Thighs Also Work Well. Consider Replacing Sweet Potato With Yam For More Color. Steam Broccoli For Additional Color To The Meal.
