Ingredients

    • 1/3 cup combination of molasses and honey (mix enough together to equal 1/3 cup total - not 1/3 cup each)
    • 2-1/4 cups buckwheat flour
    • 1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
    • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
    • a few tablespoons of filtered water, if needed
