Red, White & Blue Salad

Ingredients

    Grill boneless, skinless chicken breast

    Meanwhile prep:

    1 cup mixed salad greens (wash and pat dry)
    1/4 cup fresh raspberries
    1/4 cup fresh blackberries
    1/4 cup fresh tomato (diced)
    1 small pear (sliced)

    Slice grilled chicken breast into ¼” strips

    Arrange greens on salad plate
    Arrange raspberries along left edge
    Arrange pear slices next to them
    Arrange blackberries down center
    Arrange chicken slices next to them
    Arrange diced tomatoes along right edge

    *Use your favorite dressing~~~ I like a raspberry walnut vinaigrette
