2 tbsp tapioca flour/arrowroot/cornstarch (any of these 3)
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 cups WHITE whole wheat flour (it is softer/more mild)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4-1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
