1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
1 large egg, lightly beaten
Maple Sauce (optional - quite sweet)
1/3 cup real maple syrup
½ cup ketchup
2 teaspoons mustard
2 teaspoons curry powder
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
