Ingredients

    1 tbsp canola oil
    5-6 medium summer squash, thinly sliced
    1 large onion diced, preferably Vidalia
    1 tbsp butter
    1/2 c parmesan cheese
    1 cup grated reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
    1/2 c low fat sour cream
    1 sleeve (35) reduced fat crackers, crushed (recommended: Ritz)

Description

You Can Cut Back On The Fat By Using Non Fat Sour Cream Or Yogurt And Omitting Or Reducing The Crackers. Nutritional Information Is Based On Ritz Crackers.
