    1/4 C. vegetable oil
    2 T. cider vinegar
    3/4 t. lemon juice
    1-1/2 T. chopped parsley
    1 t. salt
    1/2 t. sugar
    1/4 t. basil
    1/8 t. cayenne pepper
    1 lrg tomato, peeled chopped
    1/4 C. chopped bell pepper
    1/4 chopped green onion greens (optional)
