Ingredients

    Alouette Garlic & Herbs spreadable cheese
    Egg, fresh, 10 large
    1 loaf Basil Pesto focaccia,
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
    2 med. Shallots finely diced
    1 cup Mushrooms, fresh,
    1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese, part skim
    Asparagus, fresh, 14 spear, medium cut to lg. chunks

This Is A Brunch Stratta That I Created With A Little Help In The Idea Department From Rachel Ray. She Did The Eggs With The Alouette Cheese Blended Together. I Must Say It Is Even Better Than I Thought It Would Be!!
