1/2 cup tomato or marinara sauce (reserved from the sauce)
3 egg whites
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Spaghetti:
1 lb 100% whole-wheat spaghetti
