Shrimp & Lobster Vegetable Stir-fry

Ingredients

    3 ears of corn, kernels cut off
    small can of water chestnuts
    asparagus cut into 1" pieces
    baby carrots, shredded
    cauliflower
    portabella mushrooms, thinly sliced
    onions, thinly sliced
    red, yellow & orange bell peppers, thinly sliced
    broccoli
    celery, cut into 1/2" pieces
    snap peas
    3 tbsp Roasted garlic
    1/2 of a squeezed orange juice
    2 oz white wine
    3 tbsp soy sauce (use lite for less sodium)
    3 tbsp olive oil
    16 oz lobster or crab chunks, broken up
    12 oz shrimp, tail removed


Description

This Came Out Great But The Quantities Are Based On Whatever Vegetables We Had In The Fridge. You May Have More, Less Or Different Veggies To Add. The Most Important Items Are The Seasonings: Soy Sauce, White Wine, Orange Juice, And Roasted Garlic. We
