1 Cup Pumpkin
1 Cup Water
2/3 Cup Oil (usually Olive or Grapeseed in my home)
1TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
1 TSP Salt
2 TSP Baking Soda
1/2 TSP Vanilla
1TBSP Cinnamon
1 TSP Nutmeg
1 TSP Ginger
1/2 TSP Cloves
