Pumpkin Muffins - Vegan

Ingredients

    2 1/2 Cups Flour (I always use unbleached wheat)
    2 Cups Packed Brown Sugar
    1 Cup Pumpkin
    1 Cup Water
    2/3 Cup Oil (usually Olive or Grapeseed in my home)
    1TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
    1 TSP Salt
    2 TSP Baking Soda
    1/2 TSP Vanilla
    1TBSP Cinnamon
    1 TSP Nutmeg
    1 TSP Ginger
    1/2 TSP Cloves
