- Brownies:
3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa
2 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Allspice
1/8 tsp Cloves
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
3/4 Cup Nucoa, Melted and cooled
3 Large Eggs, lightly beaten
2 T Karo Syrup (or Molasses)
1 tsp Vanilla
Gingered Chocolate Frosting:
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
2 Tbs Unsweetened Coccoa
1 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Nucoa, melted
1/4 Cup Silk Almond Milk
3/4 tsp Vinegar
1/2 tsp Vanilla
Description
We Made A Few Substitutions Because Of My Milk Allergy. We Used 2 Tbs Karo Syrup Instead Of 2 Tbs Molasses (we Were Out Of Molasses), Nucoa Instead Of Unsalted Butter, And 1/4 Cup Silk Vanilla Almond Milk Plus 3/4 Tsp Vinegar Instead Of 1/4 Cup Buttermil
