curry spice mix: 1 tablespoon curry powder, ½ teaspoon ground ginger, ¼ teaspoon turmeric, 1 tablespoon brown mustard seeds
1 cup cauliflower florets
1 potato, peeled, cooked and diced
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Tamarind mango chutney
1 mango, chopped
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon tamarind paste [use 1/2t for concentrate]
