Ingredients

    1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast meat
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
    1 T lemon juice
    1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    2 tsp Italian seasoning
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 bag fresh baby spinach (about 6 cups)
    1 package of fresh sliced mushrooms (8 oz)
    5 medium slices bacon, cooked, drained & chopped
    1/2 cup mozarella cheese, shredded (2 oz)
    1/2 cup white cooking wine
