Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes (boiled and mashed)
1/4 cup of veggies boiled and roughly mashed (Mine were a mixed bag of frozen veggies: I had carrots, peas and corn in mine and I thawed it out and mashed it up)
Handful of cilantro (finely chopped)
2 skinny green chilies (finely chopped, seeds and all!)
2 teaspoons Dhania powder (roast coriander seeds in a heavy skillet until fragrant and grind it finely in a coffee grinder)
1 teaspoon red chili powder/cayenne pepper
salt to taste
Cole slaw:
I small cup cole slaw mix (I used a bag of shredded purple cabbage and carrots, but feel free to grate your veggies if you're a purist)
1 tsp buttermilk
1 tsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp horseradish
