    40 gm of Patna Rice cooked
    1 large egg
    1teacup of cauliflower florets
    1teacup of broccoli florets
    1/2 tbls crushed garlic (fresh or lazy garlic in jar)
    1tspn grated ginger (or lazy ginger in jar)
    1 heaped tbls curry powder
    2 chicken stock cubes
    1 tin V8 veg juice /tomato juice
    1tsp coarse ground black pepper
    1tspn salt
    Extra chilli flakes - to taste. Coriander to garnish

Description

This Is Very Healthy, Filling And Tasty. Add Extra Chilli To Make It Very Hot. It Take About 20 Minutes To Cook. It Is Best Though Left For A Day To Meld Together. Double Or Triple The Ingredients- List To Feed More People.
