Velveeta Steak Stroganoff

Ingredients

    1-1/4 lb. beef flank steak, cut across the grain into thin slices
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1-1/2 cups water
    3 cups egg noodles, uncooked
    1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up (I use the light kind)
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen green beans (I like canned better)
    1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup (I use the fat-free)
    1/2 tsp. black pepper (I think 3/8 tsp. would be better. It was pretty strong this way and I don't think most would like that.)
