- 1.5 lbs. ground beef for tartar (ask butcher to prepare since quality cut adn lean meat required and not regular ground beef)
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. freshly chopped coriander (cilantro)
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. freshly chopped chives
1 tsp. tobasco sauce or equivalent
capers
2 tsp. chopped dried tomatoes (those that are sold in glass container in oil) (optional)
Salt and pepper
