    1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
    14 oz marinated artichoke hearts
    10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
    1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
    6 oz tomato paste
    6 oz Fat Free Feta cheese
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    zest of 1/2 lemon
    2 tsp dried oregano
    S & P to taste
