    1/2 lime, squeezed
    1/2 cup apple
    1/2 cup jicama
    1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
    4 scallions, julienne
    1/2 cup dry-roasted peanuts, for garnish
    Cilantro, chopped, for garnish
    Lime wedges, for garnish
