Oatmeal Breakfast Bar

Ingredients

    2 cups milk (recipe calculated using 3.25% milk)
    1/2 cup cottage cheese (1%)
    5 large eggs
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    2 TBS cinnamon
    1 TBS McCormick's Chai spice blend
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (also good with dark chocolate chips-- calorie calc is for semi-sweet)
    1/2 Reese's peanut butter chips (also good with Hershey cinnamon chips-- calorie calc is for Reese's chips)
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp almond flavor
    1/2 tsp maple flavor
    1.5 TBS vanilla flavor
    5 cups oats (not the quick cooking ones)
