    12 oz canned crab meat
    1/3 cup bread crumbs
    1/2 cup chopped leeks (bulb and stem, approx. 1 large leek)
    1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper
    1/4 cup light mayonnaise
    1 large egg
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    1/2 lemon, juiced
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    Dash cayenne pepper
    Flour, for dusting
    1/2 cup canola oil
