    1/2 tbsp cinnamon
    1 tsp cloves
    1/2 tsp curry powder
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    3 1/2 lbs (about 10 1/2 cups) diced rhubarb
    1 large chopped red onion
    3/4 cup raisins
