Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients

    3 eggs
    1 cup cottage cheese
    2 tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil
    1/4 cup garbanzo (or soy) flour
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 cup fresh fruit
    Ground cinnamon

Description

Although The Recipe Says Soy Flour, I Use Garbanzo Flour. Low Carb, But Gives The Pancakes A Good Thickness.
