    * Applesauce, unsweetened, 0.25 cup
    * Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed, soaked in about 1/8 cup of coffee
    * Baking Powder, 0.5 tsp
    * Baking Soda, 0.5 tsp
    * Flour, white, 0.25 cup
    * Whole Wheat Flour, 1.25 cup
    * Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips, 3 tbsp
    * Vanilla Extract, 0.5 tsp
    * Almond Extract 0.5 tsp
    * 3/4 cup sugar substitute
    * 1/4 cup Organic unsweetened low-fat vanilla almond milk
    * Agave Nectar, 0.5 tbsp
