1/2 tsp oregano

1 tsp basil

1 tsp thyme, ground

1 1/2 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce

2 cups fish or shrimp stock or bouilon

2 cups whole grain brown rice, cooked
