2 cups spinach or arugula coarsely chopped
1 cup alfalfa sprouts
1/2 cup pimento-stuffed green olives, sliced
Dressing:
1 clove garlic minced or crushed
5 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp chervil
1/2 tsp marjoram
1/4 tsp dried mint
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/8 tsp dried tarragon
1/2 tsp sea salt or Spike
fresh ground pepper
Description
Serve This As A Dinner In A Dish With Sliced Pineapples On The Side. It's Large And Delicious.
