Gluten Free Apple Crisp

Ingredients

    6 peeled apples

    1/2 cup Sugar, Splenda or Agave Nectar
    2 TBSP water

    4 TBSP butter or margarine
    1 cup quick rolled oats (GF)
    1/2 cup brown sugar, Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, or Agave Nectar
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 cup nuts (optional, I didn't count this in the nutrition data, as I can't have most nuts)
    1 tsp grated lemon peel (I used 1 tsp lemon juice)

Description

Should Be Good For Those On A Gluten Free Diet, As Well As Those Who Have Interstitial Cystiitis And/ Or Endometriosis. Lactose Free As WellI Used Agave Nectar Instead Of The Sugar/ Splenda. I Made This With 1 Lb Frozen Peaches Instead Of The Apples, Coul
