Chicken And Shrimp Veggie Stir-fry

Ingredients

    Veggies:
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, shredded
    Broccoli, fresh, 0.5 cup, chopped or diced
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Zucchini, .5 cup, sliced (remove)
    Cabbage, red, fresh, .25 cup, chopped
    Cilantro, dried, 1 tbsp

    Sauce:
    Garlic minced, 3 tsp
    Rice Vinegar 1 tbsp
    *Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp
    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
    Fish oil, salmon, 1 tbsp
    *Hot Chili Peppers, 0.1 cup, chopped or diced

    Meat:
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces
    Shrimp, cooked, 12 large

    Leaf Veggies: these go in last
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
