Sauce:
Garlic minced, 3 tsp
Rice Vinegar 1 tbsp
*Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp
*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
Fish oil, salmon, 1 tbsp
*Hot Chili Peppers, 0.1 cup, chopped or diced
Meat:
Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces
Shrimp, cooked, 12 large
Leaf Veggies: these go in last
Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
