    Dumplings
    1 1/4 cups whole-wheat pastry flour
    1/2 cup cake flour
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage or rosemary
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 large egg, lightly beaten
    1/2 cup low-fat milk
