    2 eggs, beaten
    1 bell pepper, seeded and cut in chunks
    1 small can mushrooms, thoroughly drained
    1 onion, cut in chunks
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 cup mozzarella or provolone shredded
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. paprika or chili powder
    1/2 -1 cup dry bread crumbs
