    1 medium onion , chopped
    2 garlic cloves passed through garlic press
    2 celery stalks. trimmed and chopped
    2 large carrots, peeled and chopped
    1 medium butternut squash, cooked(about 4 cups?)
    4 cups veggie broth
    1 cup alfalfa sprouts
    one 15 oz package nasoya light extra firm tofu
    2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    1 tsp dried basil
    1tsp dried oregano
    sea salt n pepper to taste
