1.5 cups chopped onion
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
4 cups broccoli, chopped (can use other veggies too)
1 cup broccoli florets, thinly sliced (can also use other veggies here)
1 tsp salt
1 dash black pepper
1 pinch allspice
1 bay leaf, medium whole
dash soy sauce (I use Tamari)
dash of crushed dried thyme (or crushed dried basil)
3 cups water
3 tsp chicken bouillon
1 can milk, 2% or less
