    20 OZ CAN PINEAPPLE TIDBITS IN OWN JUICE, DRAINED, SAVE JUICE
    1 TEASPOON CANOLA OIL
    1 CUP GREEN PEPPER CUT IN 1-INCH CUBES OR STRIPS
    1 CUP SWEET RED PEPPER CUT IN 1-INCH CUBES OR STRIPS
    1 CUP ONION CUT INTO THIN WEDGES
    1 CLOVE GARLIC, MINCED
    1 POUND BONELESS, SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST, CUT INTO BITE SIZE CUBES
    2 TABLESPOONS CORN STARCH (MAY NEED A TAD MORE IF NEED THICKER)
    1/2 CUP LIGHT CORN SYRUP
    1/4 CUP BROWN VINEGAR
    3 TABLESPOONS SOY SAUCE
    2 TABLESPOONS KETCHUP

    1 1/2 CUPS BASMATI RICE, PREPARED SEPARATELY (MAKES 4 1/2 TO 5 CUPS AFTER IT IS COOKED)
