Low-fat Philly-esque Rolls

Ingredients

    1/4 c. (60 ml) sodium free, sugar free rice vinegar
    2 tbs. (30 ml) raw sugar

    2 c. uncooked, short grain jasmine rice
    2-1/4 c. water

    8 sheets nori (roasted dried seaweed)
    1-12 oz. pouch Trans-Ocean Crab Classic, cut into small pieces
    1 medium avocado, cut into eighths and scored
    1 medium cucumber, peeled and julienned
    1-8 oz. block Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, cut into eighths

    Condiments (not included in calculation):
    sweet pickled ginger
    wasabi paste

I Looove Sushi. Would Totally Live On It, But Not At The Made-for-me Prices. Not Being A Fisherperson, I Wouldn't Know Sushi / Sashimi-grade Salmon If It Jumped Up And Slapped Me, So, When Making For The Family, I Go With The Fully Cooked Imitation Crab
