2 cups corn meal, fine
4 cups canola oil for frying
4 eggs
1/2T baking powder
1 pack hot hogs
1 bag Bamboo skewers (8 inch)
Flour for dusting
Salt and pepper to taste
Mustard Sauce:
1 jar whole grain mustard
1 jar Dijon mustard
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/4T mustard powder
2 cups water
