Veggiefull Soup

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    2 tbsp garlic
    basil, oregano, and thyme to taste
    1 stalk celery chopped small
    onion powder to taste
    1 lg carrot - grated
    3 tbsp Better than Bouillon Vegetable soup base
    10 cups water
    1/2 of a baked sweet potato, skin removed, smashed
    1/4 tspn cayenne pepper
    4 brussel sprouts cut up
    3 cauliflower florets - grated
    1/2 c broccoli chopped small
    1 cup grated zucchini
    1 cup frozen peas
    1/2 baked potato, skin removed, diced
    1 can organic soup beans (beans and barley)
    1 small can of lima beans
    1 can tomato paste with italian herbs
    1 cup canned corn
    1 cup canned green and wax beans
    14 cups of water or enough to make it look like soup and taste right (I measure by taste, smell and look)
