  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. Mild vegetable oil
  • 1 med -size onion, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Tomato paste
  • 10 whl cashew nuts
  • 1 c. Half-and-half
  • 1 Tbsp. Ghee (clarified butter) or possibly butter
  • 5 whl cloves
  • 5 x Cardamom pods
  • 1 x -inch piece cinnamon stick
  • 1 med -size tomato, peeled, minced
  • 1/2 c. Cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 c. Broccoli florets
  • 5 x Brussels sprouts, cut in half
  • 1 med -size carrot, cut into 2-inch sticks
  • 1/2 c. Diagonally cut green beans
  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt, or possibly to taste
