Wild Rice, Butternut Squash And Cannellini Stew

Ingredients

    1/2 c (1/2 oz) mixed dried mushrooms
    1 med onion
    8 oz button mushrooms (rinsed and cut in half)
    1 TBSP olive oil
    1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    1 1/2 tsp dried thyme
    3 c. veg broth
    1 1/2 c. cooked wild rice
    1 lb. peeled cubed butternut squash
    1 can 15 oz cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
    1 tsp salt
    4 oz Swiss chard
