    Aromatic Basmati Rice, White or Brown, 10 oz
    Spinach, frozen, .5 package (10 oz) yields
    TVP or dry Soy chunks, 0.5 cup ( optional for protein)
    Split Mung beans (Dal), 1/2 cup
    Mustard seeds, 1 tsp
    Ginger Root, 5 slices (1" dia) chopped fine.
    Indian or Spanish raw Peanuts, .5 cup
    Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup
    *Hot Green Chili Peppers, 3 peppers halved
    Split Peas, 1 tbsp (or split chick peas)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    *Potato, raw, 1 cup diced
    *Cumin seed, 1 tsp
    Water, 3 cup (8 fl oz)
    Salt, less than 3/4 tsp or to taste
    Fresh green curry leaves - 1 sprig, ripped in half.
    split skinless black gram, 1 tsp
    Turmeric ground, 1/2 tsp
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 4 cups
