    Lettuce, red leaf (salad), 3 cup washed, dried and torn

    Red wine Vinegar, 1 tbsp

    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .5 tbsp

    Sunflower Seeds, with salt added, 28 grams (maybe a palmful)

    Romano Cheese, .25 oz fresh grated

    Baby Carrots, raw, 6 sliced into 'disks'

    Celery, raw, 2 tbsp sliced into 'crescents'

    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Salt, 1 cup
