Chicken Vegetable Stew

Ingredients

    2 40 oz bags cleaned and prepared Stew Vegetables (red potatoes, baby carrots, small onions, celery)

    2 14.5 oz cans fat free chicken broth (or vegetable broth)

    2 14.5 oz. cans Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (Use plain diced tomatoes for a much less spicy dish)

    2 T. minced garlic

    1 cup water

    2 T. black pepper

    1 T. thyme

    1 t. basil

    1/2 t. rosemary

    1 t. dill weed

    2 bay leaves

    1/2 t. ground ginger

    1/2 t. ground cloves

    30 oz Chicken Breast, canned in water, drained
