Orange Tofu Smoothie Version 2

Ingredients

    1/2 orange (frozen)
    1/2 small banana (frozen)
    8 ounces Almond Breeze unsweetened vanilla milk
    3 teaspoons splenda (or to taste)
    3 ounces silken lite firm tofu (I use Mori-Nu)
    2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 Tablespoons pure whey protein powder
    1/2 cup cold water

I Just Love The Flavor Of This Drink. Using The Orange Rind Really Gives An Intense Orange Flavor Plus Some Extra Fiber. Of Course This Is Optional Or Just Use A Tablespoon Or 2 Of Grated Rind. With 6 Almonds To Round A Good Zone Meal. I Prefer To Have F
