1/3 cup milk (2% but other can be used)
3/4 pound ground turkey
1/4 pound ground beef (the leaner the better)
1/4 cup diced carrots (about 2 medium baby carrots)
1/4 cup minced onions (preferably freshly chopped)
2 large egg whites, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup Heinz Ketchup (reduced sugar OK)
